This active Facebook page offers resources, news, links and a place to ask questions or vent (anonymously, if you prefer). You can interact directly with other parents who understand.

NYC Fair provides a mentee / mentor program connecting families with mentors who have a deeper understanding of the field and can share that knowledge with those are just learning how the system works.
